Agreement between Prakriti Tours and Customer

You, as a member or customer, can only use this website, conditioned on your acceptance without modifications of the terms and conditions contained herein. Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this Prakriti Tours site. 

Copyrights and Trademark

All contents of this Website are copyrighted. Prakriti Tours online retains the title and ownership of all proprietary rights with respect to the Prakriti Tours software and all associated documentation, including all copies and portions thereof. 

Customer's obligation

You are obligated to provide truthful and accurate information about yourself, including, but not limited to name, age, gender, occupation, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses. Membership is not transferable, but registered members may do online reservation on behalf of unregistered person(s).
You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Website as well as for the use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you.

Prakriti Tours privacy policy

Prakriti Tours guarantees the privacy of the members. Members' personal information shall only be used by Prakriti Tours and the necessary partners to provide the services and inform you of our new features, services, and products. Prakriti Tours shall not disclose the information to a third party. Prakriti Tours may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such an action is necessary.

Prakriti Tours reward point scheme

Customers will get one point for every dollar spent on buying Prakriti Tours services. During promotion periods, the customers will get two points for every dollar spent. 
Corporate travel manager in charge of a corporate member account is entitled to earn 10 percent of total corporate member transaction points. 
Prakriti Tours Reward may modify this agreement from time to time, with or without notice and your continued participation in the program after such a modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the Prakriti Tours Reward site regularly to determine whether any terms and conditions have been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this agreement, you must immediately cease participation in Prakriti Tours Reward.

Reschedule

All reservations have to be reconfirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure or arrival. Failure to do so means cancellations of reservations and Prakriti Tours does not and cannot guarantee cancelled reservations can be rescheduled.

Cancellation and refunds

Only cancellation of reservations that have not passed the cancellation period will be entertained. Based on the cancellation period set by the supplier, there is a corresponding cancellation charge that is calculated as a percentage of the product and/or service priced. The user will be given the refund with the full reservation price less five percent bank transaction fee and cancellation charge.

Delivery

Prakriti Tours guarantees on time delivery. In case where your delivery address is not in any of Prakriti Tours cities for delivery, please e-mail us to process your order.

Tour packages

Prakriti Tours online is not responsible for mishaps that happen from buying products of its suppliers. Tourism information in this Website is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Prakriti Tours does not warrant that the use of Prakriti Tours will be uninterrupted, error free and virus free. 

Prakriti Tours does not warrant the accuracy of information, availability and/or quality of products and/or services provided by its suppliers. 

Prakriti Tours shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, loss or inaccuracy of information, loss of business reputation arising out of the use of inability to use Prakriti Tours. 

Modification of these terms and conditions

Prakriti Tours online reserves the right to change the terms and conditions under which this Website is offered.

Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this Website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
